What types of conferences do you work with?

Our primary customers are DevOpsDays events based in the US, in addition to several other community-led tech events.

How can I collect money from sponsors?

We put together credit card payment links and/or invoice for payment by ACH/check.

What event ticketing systems do you work with?

We have worked with Eventbrite, Ti.to, BusyConf, and we can work with you on additional ticketing services if you have a preference.

What payment platforms do you support?

PayPal, Stripe and direct banking transfers.

Who signs contracts and agreements with vendors for my event?

The event organizers sign contracts with their vendors, and Conference Ops can handle the deposit payment once the paperwork is finalized.

What’s your turnaround time?

The typical turnaround time for payment and reimbursement requests is 1-3 days, pending team approval for the expense.
